This is a very simple, but charming alphabet sampler. The framed version was stitched on 28 Count "Sand" Cashel (which closely resembles the color of the original sampler), using a wonderful red – "Buckeye Scarlet" from Sampler Threads. We have taken the liberty of stitching it a second time in a beautiful soft teal blue, "Mountain Mist", also from Sampler Threads. It is so sweet stitched over one (Continental Stitch – 1/2 cross stitch) on 28 Count "Lambswool". Then we went a step further and made a new design entitled "Reverse Alphabet" for the adorable tiny pincushion. We stitched this over one also on 28 Count "Lambswool". The end of the pincushion is embellished with some of my "vintage" trim and our "Blossom" button. The stitch count for the reproduction is 98 X 69 and 93 X 31 for the pincushion.
